Thanksgiving Recap

Annmarie and I started the morning off by making carrot cake cupcakes.
Jamie made it home from Singapore.We then spent the rest of day cooking and Skyping with friends and family.

Jamie and I enjoyed these stuffed mushrooms while AM napped.
I prepped the cornbread stuffing.
And Jamie got working on the beer can chicken.
AM had a nice long nap.
And we Skyped some more.

And here with our friends Mike and Vanessa.
Then it was dinner time.

Beer can chicken, pumpkin wedges with cornbread stuffing and spinach salad. Turned out pretty damn good.

We also had a fabulous dinner on Saturday over at the house of one of Jamie's colleagues.
