I'm lovin the bread machine. This may be become a weekly occurrence. Last week I did a 100% whole wheat bread all in the machine. On Saturday I did a wheat bread with flax meal and just ran it through the 'dough' setting. I took the dough out and let it rise, brushed it with olive oil and topped it with oats. The oats ended up all falling off and I may have left it in the oven 5 minutes too long, but it came out well. It's amazing how simple it is with a machine-It's like magic.
