1. The Other Boleyn Girl. After having about 100 people recommend this book to me, I finally read it. Very captivating. Total page turner. Everyone was right on. Highly recommend it. 2. The Cactus Eaters. I heard Dan White (poor guy shares the same name with San Francisco's double murderer) plugging his book on KFOG one morning. It sounded interesting. I also like reading about people who do extraordinary things that I know I would never attempt, such as hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. The book was decent. A little blah at times, but it had it's fun moments.
3. The Middle Place. A very touching, funny, and thoughtfully told memoir. Loved it!
