Helloooo

Tap Tap Tap.
Hello?!

Right.

So like in August we went to Bali, as if the four posts and bazillion photo (and video) didn't make that apparent.

Then we were home for a few weeks and we went to California for three weeks.
With a two year old. Are we crazy? Yes. This is nothing new.

Then, because as if that wasn't enough we moved houses. We had to say goodbye to our little seaside house. We knew this was coming and either we (or I) didn't want to face the reality of moving and leaving that house, it sort of came upon us really fast. Then there was the possibility of our landlord not returning, so we thought we could stay and blah blah, anyway we ended up having to move. So after only being home for a couple of weeks from our trip to CA we upped and moved.

There will be more on all this later - our overseas trip and the new house.

We were without cable and internet for nearly THREE weeks. We were not really on top of things when we did this move. So we pretty much took things day by day. Then it was quarter-end for Jamie and that is never fun. Ben got sick. Yada yada. Halloween. Annmarie started nippers. Life.

So we are in a new house. Same suburb basically. No ocean view. But we are basically in a tree house or a bush house. We get all sorts of new wildlife that I'm sure will make it on the blog.  It's very quiet and peaceful.

We snapped this picture as we said goodbye to the house on the Plateau. We were doing a final pick-up of some things after nippers. We went out on the veranda and we saw a whale breaching out in the sea, it was all very serendipitous.

I'll be working on some catch up posts, they'll probably be sort and sweet.

And I know everyone is going to be wondering - how much longer do we plan on staying in Australia, since we just had to move. We ponder to it all ALL the time. And really it's me more than anyone, who is just not ready to leave. We have a lot to consider. I know we will be back, we are just deciding not to rush it.

Hugs and kisses.

I just need you to stay long enough for us to visit! As soon as Lou stops being a total a-hole 85% of the time, we are there!
